"Where do I begin?" There are many reasons why Oak Avenue Catering continues to be a very valuable asset to our Special Events Department at Markham Vineyards. Of course there are the basic reasons of dependability, wonderful service, reliability, never letting us down on the endless special requests from clients, but they excel in so many other aspects. Our guests continually comment on how engaging their service staff is and request them time and time again on their repeated visits to our winery. They really take interest to make themselves a part of the group whether it is corporate event or a very special occasion. I love the fact that they remain calm and collected in some of the most stressful of scenarios and smile non-stop. Then, of course there is the excellent food quality, presentation and variety of menu options. They work seamlessly as a team from Owner/Chef/Administration right down to those that clean their way out of the facility at the end of the evening. I also need to mention how many times they have made us look amazing by pulling something off when we have had next to "no" notice at all.
